The location is excellent. The owner - although we never saw her- was polite and even sent us some coffee bags for the coffee machine. The appartment has two bathrooms and two bedrooms which is very helpful. We were allowed to leave our bags in the appartment till we checked out.

First of all the water in both bathrooms during all our stay was lukewarm. We could not have hot water shower. The beds in the second room are children's beds , very narrow 80cm and uncomfortable. Not for an adult to sleep. Only for children. So, if you are two friends and you want to sleep separately, this is not a good option. Next to the children's rooms is the water heater and pump.The noise coming from there is unbearable. We would not be able to sleep till midnight. And we would wake up every day at 5.30 am when people would start using water. We also asked for an iron. You know when you travel hand luggage only for 5 days , your clothes need to get the iron again. But there was nobody to bring it to us because the owner lives in another city. And there was nowhere to go and take it. To that point we were still intending to give a good review , despite not having slept properly, not having hot water and roaming around with clothes that we could not iron. What really annoyed us was the fact that for 5 days , paying around 90 euros per night we got only one pair of towels each one . The towels were extremely thin and used and of the lowest quality. When we asked for new ones, the excuse was again that there was nobody who could bring us towels.....So we went on with the same thin, wet, dirty towels for 5 days.....It has never ever happened to me before. Never. We were looking forward to come back to our homes in order to get proper sleep, proper shower and clean towels. Definitely not value for money.

I reserved a two bedroom apartment. On arrival we discovered there was just just one bedroom and the other bedroom was locked. When we asked the owner what's going on she replied that there was just one name on the reservation and she cannot unlock the other room. After charging us an additional 130 euro, she sent a friend to unlock the other room for us. very small towels/ there were no amenities in the bathroom: she left just one toilet roll for two people for 5 days! No soap ,shampoo..... Very poorly equipped apartment
