The location is great for visiting the old Venice (near is the tram station, that drive you right to the main bus station in Venice). The stuff were great and friendly.

The rooms are a little small, but for us enough.

Situata a Mestre a 5’ dalla fermata del tram che in altri 10/15’ ti porta alla stazione in piazza roma a Venezia

Il servizio di parcheggio è da pagare a parte giornalmente La colazione un po scarna e con cibi non di alta qualità

Molto vicina alla fermata del tram che in 10 min ci ha portato a piazzale Roma, personale molto cordiale e gentile

Struttura datata e camere molto vecchie, sala della colazione veramente molto piccola, in 5/6 persone già non ci si riusciva a muoversi.
