The bed was comfortable, air-conditioning worked great, and the balcony had a lovely view. • Staff & service: staff is friendly, helpful, and attentive — from reception to housekeeping. They went out of their way to accommodate my requests. • Facilities: The pool was well maintained, the spa was relaxing, and there were good amenities. The resort grounds are beautiful — gardens, walking paths, etc. • Location: It’s in a peaceful spot, yet still easy to reach places
