Great stay at Casa Meraviglia del Mare! The apartment was spacious, very clean and well-equipped, with everything we needed. Perfect location just steps from the beach and close to restaurants and shops. Friendly and helpful host. Highly recommended!

Casa in ottima posizione e pulita piena di mille accortezze

L’ultima mattina del soggiorno, alle 8:30 mentre stavamo ancora dormendo, sono arrivati dei lavoratori per sostituire letti, materassi e il divano all’interno dell’appartamento. Sono entrati con grandi scatole e hanno iniziato a smontare e montare mobili mentre eravamo ancora nell’alloggio, senza che fosse stato chiaramente comunicato che sarebbero stati effettuati lavori di questo tipo durante il soggiorno. Durante i lavori non abbiamo avuto accesso alle camere dove si trovavano i nostri effetti personali e siamo stati svegliati all’improvviso senza neppure il tempo di prepararci, nonostante fossimo ancora ospiti della struttura. Sono rimasti lì per oltre due ore, e solo dopo siamo riusciti a fare le valigie sotto la minaccia della proprietaria, che ci ha detto che dovevamo fare tutto entro mezz'ora; trascorso quel tempo, se non fossimo usciti di casa, avrebbe chiamato la polizia. Inoltre, la colazione indicata come “inclusa” è stata fornita solo parzialmente il primo giorno e poi rifiutata nei giorni successivi. Un’esperienza poco professionale e molto spiacevole.

Ottimi spazi e posizione

Alcune cose sono da modernizzare, ma già tanti lavori sono stati fatti

It was a huge apartment with all the amenities. The hostess Rita was very friendly and we could communicate in Spanish. I loved a lot the details of the house. The location was nearby the centre. We got some very good pastries to try for the breakfast.

There was too little toilet paper. There was missing a cutting board and a kitchen knife. All the rest was great.

We booked less than an hour before arrival. The host hurried and prepares the apartment as soon as possible. She was very friendly and caring. Although we understood that we booked right before the arrival, the host left us a surprise as a "sorry" gift. Could not expect a better service. The apartment was spacious, the bed was really comfortable. After a few night in other accommodations i finally had a good night sleep.
