Luxury Downtown Apartment with Private Jacuzzi

As everyone here mentions, the location was great. You don’t have to walk far, and the view is great. The beds are comfortable albeit small for a 4 people property (the second bed is basically a one person bed if you’re not a teenager or a student)

This is where it gets fun: - The place does NOT have a Jacuzzi. They will only set it up for you if you pay an additional €200. They only tell you this with the check-in information. Then they might try to negotiate down to 100 when you say no. There is a fantastic sauna nearby. Just spend your money there rather than haggling for a jacuzzi that the owners changed their minds about. The place is expensive enough that they could’ve just put it in the price of the property. This created a very poor relationship as with every message they were offering a discount on the Jacuzzi. - The upstairs neighbours are loud and they were moving furniture the entire time we were there. Either at 9 am in the morning, at dinner time or sometimes even at 2 am. - There is parking with this property but be aware that it’s only for small cars. So if you’re not in control of your rental size you have to park again somewhere else. You only get this information at check-in by which time it’s too late to change your car. The city parking that’s nearby is about €40 per day. - The property isn’t too clean or properly working. The coffee machine was taken apart before we came just throwing out error messages. We tried to fix it but gave up at some point. The fireplace is also just beeping and making noises but not doing anything else. Half of the curtains are off rails and some had to be fixed during our stay so the light doesn’t get in at night. - The price is way too high for what you get. With the marathon and Midsomer I understand that prices are high but have they actually delivered on what’s on the property was the bigger issue. Had it been clean had stuff worked, had the Jacuzzi actually just been in the price, the property would’ve been just fine. Instead we got a message every day about the Jacuzzi and we had to fix a bunch of stuff ourselves. Don’t count them too much on the owners.

The view, jacuzzi, spacious and clean.

The location was perfect for every thing in town the view was great even for the northern lights. It is we equipped with every thing we needed Espen & Adrian were so helpful all in all we had an amazing time at the apartment.

Just a small thing is that the 2nd bedroom has to go through the main bedroom to access the bathroom which is Ok if your sharing with family.

Was gut war, war die Lage der Unterkunft, da sie sich in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Stadt befindet. So sind Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Sehenswürdigkeiten schnell erreichbar.

Die Unterkunft entsprach leider in keinster Weise den Erwartungen. Sie war nicht sauber und insgesamt sehr mangelhaft. Zudem sah sie nicht so aus wie auf den Bildern dargestellt. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist absolut nicht gerechtfertigt. Ich würde diese Unterkunft nicht weiterempfehlen.
