The house has a lot of room for families

Upon check in, we went through the house and the floors were dirty. In the game room the games weren't as it appeared on the listing. The floor in the game room had food, plastic pieces, wrappers, dirt and other junk on it. We have toddlers so it was definitely not sanitary for them. I wound up cleaning it but not before I sent pictures through the booking.com site! We had prepaid for pool heat. They "turned it on" when we checked in on 3/15, the next day no change. Kept sending messages. They sent people to "check it". The next day still no change. Finally after several messages and several people coming they contacted the vendor who then didn't fix the pool heat until our last day of our stay which was 3/20. Needless to say our kids were very disappointed. We have asked for a refund (of course), but no response to that. The entrance is not guarded. Our car was broke into and they stole my entire purse and my babies diaper bag. They dumped my diaper bag along the street up to the corner where they had piled several bags backpacks, whatever they didn't want right on the street corner!! My wallet had everything in it. Whoever took it tried to use our credit cards at a nearby gas station. My husbands vehicle was also ramsacked. Later that day we learned from the sheriff that 13 cars had been broken into and many people had their credit cards used at the same place they tried to use ours. The sheriff said it happens a lot in that area...so be aware and don't leave anything in your car. It may or may not save it but at least they won't get anything.
