The location and view. The proximity to shops and restaurants Meters away from ferry shuttle. . How close the other towns were.

The price of food without traveling. The lack of ferries during low season.

Bon emplacement

L’appartement manque d’entretien. Le placement est super mais tout part en ruine. La salle d’eau est en piteux état. Il manque de la peinture sur les murs. Les draps n’étaient pas propre à l’arivée.

Die Lage ist sehr gut.

Die Wohnung ist renovierungsbedürftig. In allen Polstern und im Bett waren Milben ( Meine Frau hat eine Milbenallergie und musste auf dem Boden schlafen ). Auch sonst war alles unsauber.
