I liked the ease of self-check-in as we came in late due to the long Q at the borders. The apartment is very clean and has all the basic necessities needed for our two days stay. The bedsheets and blankets are very clean and washed too. The pillows are very comfortable that you fall asleep straight away after a full day of traveling and walking. The toilet is clean and there is a separate cubicle for a shower. The owner is easily reached and ready to help out with whatever we might need. The refrigerator is big enough and perfect for things needed to be frozen and cooled. Oh, I was given a city view, could see the traffic which is good but hope next time to get a seaview. Swimming pool at level 7 is nice! All in all, a great place to stay! Thanks a lot to the owner of Neostay Jesselton Quay pads Tower 1 Level 10, Unit No. T1-10-09 which is close to the lifts. Perfect!

Please to include a broom, a mop, iron and ironing board next time. I like to clean after use. The cooker was not available to be used as it was locked. We only had access to the microwave oven and electric kettle to cook our noodles. How I wish I could fry some eggs in a pan and more noodles with a pot. It would also be a bonus to have a washing machine available as I was too tired to go downstairs to the LAUNDRY BAR.
