Good price, Location, Modern, Clean , Privacy, Kitchen is well equipped,Private parking (garage), Host is friendly and available all the time for any help and finally the area is quiet and good for relaxing.

Nothing, all is as I expected and better.

My family and I had a wonderful experience staying in this apartment. The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location is perfect 10 minutes to public transportation, shops, and restaurants, making it easy to get around and enjoy the area. The apartment itself is well-maintained, with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was fully equipped, the Wi-Fi was fast, and the building was quiet and secure. The host was also very responsive and accommodating, ensuring any questions or needs were addressed promptly. Overall, I felt very at home here and would absolutely recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a convenient and cozy place to stay. I’ll definitely be back for future stays!

Everything was clean and nice. We got bottle of a local wine from the host. All the instructions had been provided in advance and host resolved our request quickly. I would definitely come back here!

The property is new and clean. The location is excellent and the it has all what you need for long stay. I love it and I highly recommend it if you are visiting Riva del Garda

The location is great , the apartment is very good and clean and specious, the garden is beautiful, the host Ceasar is very friendly and great

The apartment is freshly new, has a good cooling system in the hot days, nicely equipped, has a parking and you can store your bicycles in a garage. Owner responds in a few minutes to your questions. The garden seating under olive trees is very convenient. The location is very quiet, 15 min walk to Lake Garda, 7 min to the grocery store and restaurants.

Clean, quite, well-equipped and modern. There were 4 people and it was really comfortable to stay there. Also we liked the conditioner system in the house and kind welcome with bottle of wine. Terace in the garden is wonderful.

I can’t say that the location is bad, but it is 15-20 min away from the beach or city centre.

Very new modern apartment, full kitchen ( every thing you could need ) ,size of the apartment is good , very helpful staff and take care of everything you need , Thank you Mr. Cesare
