"Well-Located and Easy Stay, but Room and Shower Could Be Improved"

Birch Tree House is centrally located in Windermere, within easy walking distance to the town centre. The self check-in process was smooth and communication was clear throughout. The room was well-equipped, with good Wi-Fi, a kettle, teas, coffees, and biscuits provided - nice touches that added to the stay. Parking was no issue, with plenty of street parking available nearby.

The room was on the smaller side, and the bed felt quite tight for two people. The shower was also weak, which affected the comfort a little. Additionally, as the room is located upstairs, it may not be suitable for guests with mobility concerns.

Fab location Hannah was so welcoming and friendly and gave us good recommendations re travel Plenty of tea, coffee and milk in the room

Would of been nice to have a TV in the room We like to watch a bit of TV when we come back from being out.
