Achatis Apartments with sea view

La struttura è moderna e ben curata, situata in una posizione tranquilla e strategica. Dispone di parcheggio privato, una bella piscina e un giardino mantenuto quotidianamente da Lefteris. Nelle vicinanze si trovano due supermercati, mentre il centro cittadino è facilmente raggiungibile a piedi. Consiglio vivamente di noleggiare un’auto, utile sia per muoversi comodamente dalla struttura sia per visitare al meglio l’isola. Il proprietario è stato estremamente gentile e disponibile: un grande lavoratore che ha scelto di investire con passione in questo settore. Consigliatissimo.

Lit une place trop petit et inconfortable « Bug informatique réservation » qui m’a contrainte à dormir sur un petit lit d’appoint la première nuit :-/ Principal point noir pour moi: LE BRUIT! Route principale très passante, on entend bien les véhicules passer et mauvaise insonorisation dans le couloir cela résonne, les portes qui claquent, la machine à laver qui tourne, vibrations de la porte d’entrée(obligé de mettre un torchon) vmc salle de bain qui s’enclenche non stop , encore du bruit avec nettoyage à l’eau du toit terrasse au dernier à 21h30 passé des grands bruits métalliques et des objets lourds traînés 🤦🏻‍♀️bref, prévoyez les boules quies… Brises vue propriété pas assez haut pour garantir l’intimité des clients à la piscine qui donne sur la route Salle de bain beaucoup trop petite et piscine assurée à chaque douche Les plages et commerces aux alentours ont le mérite d’être là mais ce n’est pas la folie prévoyez une location de voiture surtout.

We had a very pleasant stay at the apartment! We were warmly welcomed by the host with a lovely treat, which made us feel truly appreciated. The apartment was clean, well-maintained with daily housekeeping, and equipped with everything we needed to prepare meals. It's well connected and a great base for exploring the western part of Crete. Despite being located next to a road, it didn't disturb our rest at all – the area is very peaceful and perfect for relaxation. What we especially liked: 1. Access to a washing machine 2. A pool to relax in after a full day of sightseeing 3. Shops nearby 4. Good communication with the host 5. Fully equipped kitchenette with all the essentials 6. Daily room service Overall, it was an excellent stay and we would gladly come back!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The apartments and pool are made to an exceptionally high standard. It is situated on a main road but that didn't bother us. Cleaned every day by a lovely lady who obviously takes pride in her work. Very friendly owner who is often on site and is open to other ideas on improvements which would make the holiday more enjoyable. I would totally recommend this place.

It wasn't nice to see the dogs that live outside in a pen next door. But I will say this, they look healthy and are fed and watered daily but they do bark during the night sometimes.

La route qui passe juste devant un peu bruyant

Très bel appartement. La piscine. Proche de plages tranquilles (nous étions en voiture). Un très bon accueil de l'hôte.

Meme si nous avions vu la proximité avec la route, nous n'avions pas évalué le bruit que cela faisait.
