Nice rooms. I stayed during Bayram and didn’t actually meet any staff just the security guards.

The hotel is quite strange it is part of a textile factory inside a secure compound. You cannot walk anywhere. The road is a dual carriage way so even a trip to the shops is a drive up and down to get to the junction.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and comfortable.

The location in Google Maps shows a different place, so I had a little bit of issues finding where is the hotel exactly. Also it should be great if guests are informed how they can leave the parking area as if there is no one to open the door is very frustrating to stay at the gate and wait.

New and clean

The service. We were waiting for the receptionist like 2h and there was literally noone on the territory. We were trying to find at least 1 person, but it was unsuccessful. No answer in any message, and noone picked up the phone. We found one granddaddy, he didn't speak any English/Bulgarian, he tried to call someone, managed to open one room, but it was dirty and had someone else's staffs. So we decided to come later, in the night, and AGAIN we were waiting the receptionist, even the people in the lobby were saying that it was the same case for them and we need somehow find the this guy. So if you are ready to spend around 2-3h of your time to just enter the room, it is a good place, coz rooms are clean and new. But if you respect your time and don't want to be ignored to receive the service that you paid for, I can not recommend this place.

Very nice hotel with secure parking and as a motorcyclist passing through the area it was perfect. Staff were great and the breakfast good too. It’s located near an industrial area and busy road but it was very a quiet and peaceful.

This guest house is excellent for its price. The rooms are cozy, large, and clean. Breakfast was tasty and fresh. The personnel is very friendly and hospitable.

Everything was excellent ! The hotel is new and very comfortable. The room is large, clean, and modernly furnished. The staff is very friendly! We will visit the hotel again.
