Umah Watu Villas

We had an amazing stay at Umah Watu Villas. It was in a really great location, that was easy to access by scooter, or even walk to nearby restaurants. We didn't meet any other guests during our stay, so we really felt we had a whole private villa and pool for ourselves. The host was very welcoming, and the staff was very friendly and helpful as well. We would definitely stay here another time.

Nothing here to point out. The taxis can get a little confused on which road to enter from, so just check your map while they drive you there :)

A quiet topical Balinese accommodation in busy Seminyak. The villa was very clean and the staff very friendly. I would very recommend this.

This is a warm and welcoming home stay villa. The staff are wonderfully friendly and helpful, as was the host. It’s private, secluded and charming. The pool is heavenly and the room was spacious with great air conditioning and a wonderful outside bathroom. The continental breakfast is perfect too.

Nothing at all to complain about.

A lovely Balinese Villa in the hub of Seminyak close to the beach, restaurants and shops. Once inside this very private and secure courtyard you can enjoy a quiet time beside the pool. The gardens and surrounds are beautiful as is the main house where breakfast is served by the delightful Anna and her husband. I particularly enjoyed the sculptures and paintings which give Umah Watu it's home away from home feel!

The place was great, we really enjoyed everything - the room was very spacious and well equipped, as well as perfectly clean. It was cleaned daily. I particularly liked the shower being in a more open area - seen this in a few places in Bali and I really really enjoy it ! The manager of the property was very kind and helpful. Although it doesn't offer breakfast (just facilities to make it by yourself), there are different places available in a walking distance.

There was an electricity cut-off. It was written that this is due to general issues in Bali, but all neighbouring houses seemed to have their lights on. However, it was resolved super fast, so didn't really bother us!! The place is at the end of a very small street so taxi drivers struggle a bit, and in dark it's not a very comfy walk, but it's close to everything, so it doesn't last long.

The villa is intimate with only 2 or 3 rooms, the lobby is well decorated and the garden with the pool, despite quite small, is pleasant

We were in the standard double room on the ground floor. This rooms is described as 35m2 but is actually around 16 or 18m2 max so when the luggages are open, there is no much place to move. The bathroom is very rustic . And last the view is not exactly what it is indicated : the view on the rice field is also a view on a worksite; the view on the river does not really exit, there is just a small channel behind the wall

The location was excellent - very close to the beach!

The bathrooms did not have water at the right pressure and could have been cleaner.
