Location is convenient and value for money

The host ask for extra 30 euro cleaning fees via check in information. But actually booking.com did already include for cleaning fees 30 EURO. So be careful of that.

L'appartement est cozy et très bien situé. La propriétaire nous a laissé une bouteille de vin blanc dans le frigo et nous avons beaucoup apprécié

L'immeuble est vétuste et sale. Il faudrait être plus méticuleux par rapport à la propreté! Le four n'avait pas été nettoyé, il y avait de la crasse accumulée dans les recoins de la salle de bain et des bouts de papier sous le meuble de le télé, c'est dommage pour un appartement si accueillant.

The location of the apartment was ideal for exploring the city. It had everything we needed, and the apartment itself was spacious and cosy. The host was easy to communicate with and very helpful. It is a lovely apartment overall to stay in.

The entrance to the building is not very pleasant, but this did not affect our stay in the apartment itself.

Jogtalannak tartom, hogy elkérnek +30 eurót a ,,takaritásra". Nem volt feltüntetve a hirdetésben és miután átutaltuk a pénzt a foglalásra de még 1 percet sem töltöttünk az apartmanba, már kaptuk is a ,,30 eurós" mail-t.

The location of the apartment is very good. A few minutes' walk from the parliament building, 15 minutes' walk to Vaci street, close to public transport. The apartment is located in a quiet area on the fifth floor of an older building, with an elevator and no balcony. There are street and public parking in front of the building. Street parking is zone A and the price is 600 ft / hour (it is possible to pay for a maximum of 3 hours and after that it is necessary to renew the payment).

The price on Booking doesn't includes 30 EUR cleaning fee, nor is it stated anywhere.

We had a great stay at this apartment! Everything went smoothly, the place was very comfortable, and it was conveniently located near all the main points of interest. Highly recommended!

Filthy ! Very disappointing. Starting from outside and the hallway , filthy dirty and full of cockroaches. Arriving inside looks cute , apartment with potential but very low hygiene . It didn’t look at all like it was cleaned before us just the towels perfume sprayed . The whole house was full of thick dust and the bathroom was right on disgusting . The bathtub dirty , full of hair , the toilet with dried on feces . Didn’t even feel comfortable showering. We indicated to the owner of the apartment but she brushed it off as it’s a cockroach season and didn’t even reply to the question about the dirt in the house . Overall a filthy place and wish people would give more honest reviews , we would have never booked it . Furthermore disappointing that the owner didn’t even try to find resolution and offer at least an extra cleaning overday.
