Cottage near Caernarfon, Gwynedd

Really warm and cosy. We arrived in horrendous weather and it was so lovely inside… a little retreat! Only 2 bedrooms for 5 people but plenty of space for a short stay. I don’t think the photos online do it justice. Really modern, well stocked kitchen, bottle of wine, crisps and mince pies were a lovely welcome. Great location… v close to Caernarfon and not far to snowdon. We struggled finding dog friendly pubs open (between Xmas and new year) so got take away delivered. Beautifully decorated throughout. Would definitely look to stay here again if in the area.

Internet intermittent at times. No fenced in area for dog (so had to go out with her)… not really a major problem as so many lovely places to dog walk nearby

Great location; only 10-15 min drive to Snowdon. It is a very cosy cottage with comfortable beds and is very quiet. There was everything we needed. We arrived late, and the GPS could not find the location; it was dark. I called the host, who kindly guided us through whilst I was driving. The host was willing to help with everything we needed. Overall, we had a great stay there and were able to visit many locations.

When we arrived, we had a minor issue with the internet connection in one of the bedrooms. But this was fixed promptly the next day by the host. The hood makes a creepy noise when windy, but we closed all doors and could not hear it.

A really warm cosy little bungalow. Very close to Caernarfon.

TV Reception and internet wasn't very reliable, but to be honest i, and i think most people, would be happy to put up with that for a few days in such a beautiful place..
