Decent location.

Horrible managment that cannot send booking information correctly. They didn’t activate the reservation in time and provided incorrect entry codes and then told us we could only communicate with them through the app but they didn’t activate messaging through the app. We were locked out of the front door and then the bedroom doors for a total of almost two hours. Filthy dirty apartment that reeks of marijuana with dirty dishes in the cupboard, a broken coffee pot, half the blinds missing in the living room so people walking by are looking in from 4 feet away and smoke alarm disabled and on the counter. All was reported through text message since that’s the only way they allowed communication. Booking.com informed me the managment did not process the booking correctly and thus needed to redo it. Managment stated they would not unless I contacted them through the app, which makes no sense because they knew I couldn’t,unless you’re trying to hide deficiencies and claim the customer never communicated problems through the booking platform. It’s a horrible scam by incompetent management. I reiterated to them and sent them the attached pics showing them there was no way to message them and documenting the disgusting broken apartment. It was by far the worst stay of our trip. All other booking.com stays were smooth with competent managment. I would most definitely not recommend this horrible place or stay there again.

It was close to our wedding venue. The cost was good for the weekend and the space.
