Hotel Devgiri Inn and Restaurant

The rooms were new and location was very good , also the food at hotel restaurant was very good .

As we reached , the lift was not working and we had to climb 5th floor with bags , there was only one staff to carry our luggage, as we were three people , one bag had to be carried by ourselves only. My parents are of older age so it was a bit stressful for them , however the lift was repaired in some hours , but the entry in the hotel was only this way ! Also as we got our room , the bedsheets were not changed and it was clearly evident, there were hair on the bed sheets , so I had to tell the staff to change entire thing .

Room was spacious and all the amenities were provided during the check in. Sheets were clean and would definitely recommend the hotel in future

Cleaning of room(sweeping n mopping) should be more frequent especially when the guests are staying for more than 2 days and it should not be after they check out. It was brought to the notice of the staff but no proper response was provided.
