The Urban Utopia

The building is relatively new with a clean, spacious staircase and two elevators. Situated near the main streets, not on them, so it is not noisy, and at the same time convenient with public transport. The apartment is clean, spacious, comfortably and practically furnished. It has all the necessary things for a longer stay. Lots of cabinets and wardrobes with shelves, hangers and space to store things and luggage - you can see owners' hand. The equipment is in good condition, e.g. you can use the washing machine without any worries. The owners are very friendly and helpful. They answer questions quickly and are happy to help with additional needs, e.g. they even gave us the ability to use a second set of keys - it made the organization during our stay much easier. Very good location, close to the bus and train station. You can easily reach the accommodation on foot with a suitcase on wheels, along the main street. Downstairs the building there is a KAM shop and market, next to the building there is another one (Ramstore), and nearby there is a grocery store and other smaller shops. I would definitely recommend this apartment! :)

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment. It is very spacious, clean, and equipped with everything you need. The location is perfect, close to all the main attractions and the city center. The host was extremely welcoming and made us feel right at home. I highly recommend this place!
