We had to pay extra for swimming pool access which I haven't been notified before booking, which I don't find it very fare, specially when kids are involved.
ROROI loved everything to be honest. It was clean, the room looked good, air conditioning worked really well, shower was spacious enough, te staff was exceptional, the food at the restaurant was excellent, as well as the staff over there too. The pool and fitness facilities are included in the price which makes it great value as well. It is seriously so much better than even more expensive hotels around the country.
Maybe the bed was a bit too hard for me, but it was still decent.
