Got a wrong room, a small one instead of the apartment booked. Mistakes do happen, businesses differ in how they manage mistakes. The room we got has a plumbing device called "sanitrix", located less than 1m from the bed. The device makes awful noise every half an hour. Couldn't sleep at all.

Location was perfect. The apartment was very clean, looked rather new and had a nice interior. Everything was really good: I could have stayed here a couple of days with pleasure!

A microwave in the kitchen would be a good idea!

The location

The location is perfect if you'd like to explore the old parts of Terracina. The distance and walk to the beach wasn't too bad, but we enjoy walking. Not recommended for older people or with any mobility issues.

It's basically a hostel with private bathrooms. If you need more than just a place to sleep I wouldn't recommend it for the following reasons (I also include recommendations in case the landlord would like to improve the standard of this place): 1. The air conditioning was flooding the room, we couldn't use it most of the time. There was some mold there too, which suggested it's not a new problem. The landlord suggested putting a bucket and some pots underneath. We kept jumping over them to get to the bathroom and the water was dripping on our heads. After 4 days we moved out for 1 night to give the landlord time to repair it properly, as we didn't feel safe (electricity switches around), I paid 180E extra for that night and asked. The landlord didn't seem too bothered. 2. There are 2 wardrobes with hangers, but just 1 shelf. This means you can't unpack properly and have to keep most of your belongings in suitcases, just like in a hostel (photo). A few extra shelves would do a great job. 3. The fridge is simply a small,& very old cupboard. Even though it was set to max, the butter was easily spreadable after keeping it there for a night. No freezer too. 4. No vacuum cleaner - just a broom with a duster - just like in a hostel. One second hand hand hoover that could be shared between 3 flats would ba a great improvement. 5. No toilet paper holder. The rolls are basically chucked on the floor like in a hostel. We had to buy some toilet paper and bin liners on the first day as we only found a half finished roll on the floor. The bidet is not attached to the floor properly and moves around. 6. Horrible stains on the bathroom wall inside the shower cabin. It looked like someone was sick there some time ago or some chemicals were used to improve the sealing. 7. Coffee machine in the description - in reality it's just an old coffee maker. 8. The furniture could be moved around to create a more hotel-like interior.

Very nicely kept place, with super easy check in and a very communicative host!
