チェックイン時にフロントに人がおらず。「すぐに戻るからおかけになってお待ちください」と書いてある紙が置いてあった。20分待つも誰も戻ってこず、予定があったのでチェックインを諦めて、スーツケースを引きながら予定に向かうはめになりました。予定終了後、ホテルからの電話でチェックイン時間の確認が。(予定時間を過ぎていたからだと思うが、こちらは一度行っていた) 待ったことも伝えると、今からは居るから大丈夫です、とのこと。到着すると、また受付に人がいない。待つこと5分。コンビニから帰ってきた？かのような感じで、「チェックインの方ですか～？」と。チェックインするだけで疲れました。部屋は前の人のであろう薬のシートやら、服のタグが落ちていたり、服のサイズのシールが壁に貼り付けてあったり。清掃が甘かったです。立地はいいと思います。

地下鉄烏丸御池駅から徒歩10分弱。静かな住宅街にあるけれどコンビニなども近くにあった。広く清潔でトイレと風呂も別で洗い場もあるのでゆっくりお風呂に入れた。お湯張りも自動で温度も調整できた。
