staff is very responsive, flexible and understanding. we had some issues and they helped us solve with ease

A really lovely room and views from the hotel viewpoint. The first real hot water shower I'd had in a week and an amazing Ackee saltfish and breadfruit breakfast.

The location is remote, it was just one night for me before going somewhere else. As a solo traveller, it would have been challenging to stay for too long but it would be a nice place to return to with my boyfriend, to really relax and chill.

The view was amazing and the resort will be great as soon as it has been built completely. The room was also very nice.

The street to the resort was really bad. Don't go there with a normal car. There is no elevator, so we need to carry our heavy luggage to the 3rd floor. There was also no door between the restroom and bedroom. And unfortunately it is still under construction and there is no resort or spa.

Amazing ocean views

The staff was attentive and courteous throughout our stay.

Road conditions leading to the property are terrible.

The spacious and clean rooms, the ambience and tranquility of the environment .Food availability and presentation was excellent Staff on hand at all times,pleasing and available to facilitate needs accordingly.

The rooms are well put together and the staff is exceptional.

The fact that there's no mini refrigerator in the room and the road to the resort was horrible but will be fixed next month.

No elevator

Breakfast each morning was one of the highlights of my stay. Mouthwatering delicious choices without fail. From the breakfast area on the top floor, the location provides an excellent view of ocean, ocean, ocean to the horizon in the distance and greenery greenery greenery from shoreline the property.

Had a really great stay. Staff was very attentive. Needed an iron and ironing board? Provided quickly. Small issue connecting to the internet? Quickly solved.

When Jamaicans say "bad road lead to good things" this is what we mean. The room, customer service and everything was amazing.

The only issues I had was the road condition to get their but totally worth the travel.
