Villa Damai Ubud

Abbiamo avuto a disposizione un'intera casa con due grandi stanze da letto e due bagni, cabine armadio, uso cucina, salottino e patio esterno ben arredato. Pulizia giornaliera, asciugamani in abbondanza (anche per la piscina), piscina condominiale pulita, sempre accessibile e poco frequentata. Il punto forte di questo alloggio è Budi, l'hotel manager: impeccabile nel suo lavoro, sempre disponibile e attento, ha risposto in tempo reale alle nostre richieste, fornendoci un servizio eccellente. Grazie! Nell'appartamento c'è una lavatrice, ma di fronte al residence una lavanderia a prezzi molto convenienti lava e stira il bucato per il giorno seguente. Il residence si trova nella parte nord di Ubud, fuori dal traffico infernale del centro (soprattutto in luglio e agosto). Noi abbiamo amato il nostro angolo di pace. La nostra villa poi era lontana dalla strada, quindi particolarmente tranquilla. Di fronte alla struttura c'è una Spa: consigliata per i massaggi (sicuramente la specialità della casa), meno per manicure/pedicure. Valido anche il ristorante Melali di fronte, sia per cena che per un'invitante colazione!

Consiglio: dei fili per stendere il bucato e gli asciugamani bagnati nella parte più soleggiata del giardino / patio.

La piscina y la máquina de agua fría

El ruido. Muy ruidoso. Al lado de la carretera. Muchísimo ruido. No se puede descansar. Muchas humedades. La ubicación es regulera. Ni está cerca ni lejos de Ubud. Más cerca tienes la ventaja de ir andando a los sitios. Más lejos tienes la ventaja de villas mejores. Esta está en zona de nadie. Por último, la intimidad es limitada. Desde una villa ves lo que está haciendo el de enfrente.

Villa splendida, pulita e confortevole. Staff gentilissimo e sempre disponibile, servizio lavanderia ottimo e molto conveniente. Ottimo ristorante e spa davanti alla struttura.

La strada trafficata vicino purtroppo é davvero rumorosa, lo staff fornisce comunque i tappi per dormire meglio.

El complejo de villas es muy bonito y agradable. Bonita piscina. Las villas son espaciosas y muy cómodas. La limpieza es increíble (muy buen equipo, rápido y eficiente). Budi, el anfitrión, te ayuda en todo lo que quieras, incluso tienen parking. Aunque no este en el centro, hay sitios alrededor para desayunar, comer o cenar, darte masajes, lavandería...

No es algo negativo en sí, solo es un aviso. El sitio no está en el centro de Ubud, por lo que seguramente vas a necesitar transporte para moverte. Para nosotros no fue un problema.

Cleanliness, the staffs and the manager, the size of the villa, the amenities, and the location. The villa itself is old. It shows the age and the wear and tear signs at every corner. However, the management and the staff have been doing really good job in maintaining the villa and keeping it clean. We have stayed at much newer accommodations and this villa even if it's old, it can still beat the competitors. It's really spacious, pool is always kept clean, comfy beds, staffs are friendly and helpful, location is still at quiet part of Ubud but you still can get the basic necessities on foot. . If I have to list anything that I can put on the negative side of this villa, it's the age. Lots of wear and tear signs at different spots at the villa. Would I book this villa again? Definitely yes. We tried to stretch the stay but it's unfortunately already fully booked. ☹️

A little bit investment in the kitchen area would be nice. Maybe an anti slip mat for the main bedroom indoor shower.
