"Good option in Van"

Comfortable room, efficient laundry service, well equipped gym

Most of the client facing staff eg in the restaurant speaks no English, allowing children in the spa running around and screaming does not lead to a peaceful experience

Достаточно вкусный и разнообразный завтрак

Внимание персонала к гостям оставляет желать лучшего. От стандартов 5-ки тут только наличие звёзд и вывеска. Персонал абсолютно невнимательный. Про услуги отеля не рассказали, дали очень шумный номер,с окнами прям на гуляющую свадьбу, после замены номера даже не предложили перенести вещи, в итоге я спустился с вещами на ресепшн, потому что ключ не работал от нового номера и только после моих возмущений вещи мои отнесли в номер. Все таки к гостям нужно быть внимательными и оказывать им сервис в соответствии со статусом отеля.
