"Wonderful view of Lake Pearl and it's wildlife and very comfortable, spacious home."

Prepared our own breakfast.

There was no cable tv, but there was "free tv" through Vizio and streaming services. Basic cable would have been appreciated. We managed. Also, the water in Florida is not great. Always smells of sulfur. We used bottled water.

"very nice and spacious lake house on Lake Pearl"

We loved the house on a picturesque lake.

it would have been nice to have regular, network channels on the TV. In this day and age, we did not feel comfortable putting our personal login information from home just to watch the local news. Basic cable is cheap.
