La place

It was very unclean and ants everywhere. I spent half the time trying to get rid of ants on my bed!

•room is good considering price •housekeeper is so helpful •bar space is so cool •best places to stay if you save money in mactan

•one of waitresses was sleepyhead - served menus that we didn’t order multiple times. - told me she doesn’t have enough coins for my change, she’ll give it later but I haven’t received till now. - keep chatting when asking to check the bill. - Pizza was overcooked. •the room we stayed on first day was hell. - shower head is broken - aircon doesn’t work - curtains are so thin we got direct daylight whole day. I asked sleepyhead waitress to change the room but she wasn’t on it, a housekeeper took us to a new room from a 2nd day.

The property was clean, comfortable and in a good location. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Food and drink were reasonably priced and very tasty

At times the music was a little loud but not terrible

value for money; staffs are very friendly

Given the price, La Place is a nice place to stay - I have been here several times and the staff is great, the room is clean, the shower has nice pressure and the bar/resto is very convenient. If you play, there is a very good billiard table! I walk into Maribago where there are many services, and go to resorts for their locations on the water.

The A/C could be upgraded to a higher output unit, but the staff brought in a fan which made the difference.

Staff is very nice and pro. The bar atmosphere is super cool. A good place to relax and have fun.

The staff are very nice and thoughtful. The room was good size and the bathroom and shower were excellent. Very comfortable king sized bed. They have a good menu too It's excellent for the money!

For the money La Place is perfect
