"Overpriced for what it was, poor location given no local bus service available. Would stay elsewhere next time."

Neat and tidy indoor and outdoor onsen. Spacious drying room for ski gear. Good sized room.

Reception staff were unhelpful. Reataurant food was poorly. Wine bar was as closed. Not on a local bus circuit so stuck at Hotel when not skiing and location is in the middle of nowhere.

The room is spacious and clean, with its own very cute tatami room and pair of yukata. The location is a bit of a walk to the main town attractions, unless you are renting a car or travelling via tour van/bus. However, hotel reception can help to call the taxis for you and rate is pretty reasonable. The best thing is the breakfast, we are muslim travellers, the management took the effort to show us what is halal and what is not. The next morning, they specifically prepared all meals in halal way though we do not ask for this. What a great hospitality
