Superbe accueil, personnel souriant et serviable. Chambre charmante, avec bande son des vaches, criquets, gecko et coq la nuit, mais cela fait parti du charme.

Le 1er jour, le support de la douche s'est cassé, mais après l'avoir signalé, il a été réparé immédiatement.

Zeer rustig en mooi verblijf! Brengt je onmiddellijk in de rust ondanks je zo dicht bij het centrum bent!!

Beautyfull, well designed resort by ayunda and staff to relaxe and feels almost spiritual. They were so nice, heplfull and it felt like bonding from the start. We loved the food, the service and beatifull white house. Even when the power went of. Great stay. Thank you Ayunda. 🙏😘

This place is runned like a low budget hostel, not with the warm hospitality that you are used like the rest of Bali. In all reviews you read that the owner is very helpfull. We had a problem with our boat tickets. We aksed for help. She only reacted at 6 am at the day we had to leave saying that everything was taken care of.. The driver dropped us at the harbour, couldn’t leave any quicker and guess what… nothing was arranged.

Before we decided to go to the Plams Penida we read the reviews and we saw that many people complained about the bathroom facilities. On almost every post you can see a reaction from Ayunda saying that she is going to take care of it’ but nothing has changed. Fittings have not been changed, no hot water in the bathroom, our shower came of the wall when we opened the tap (connection was completely corroded) and not really clean. It is indeed an outdoor bathroom concept but that doesnt mean you dont need to clean properly or maintain it properly. This place is ok for backpackers who are just needing the basics…

El hotel es preciso en general, la habitación es muy bonita, la cama y sobretodo las almohadas son muy cómodas. Un lugar muy agradable.

Aunque indican que tienen servicio de transfer de pago, es excesivamente caro. La mujer de la recepción me ha cobrado 150.000IDR porque decía que el ferry a Lombok se encuentra a 25 minutos cuando son literalmente 10 minutos. Me he sentido estafada puesto que en Bali con la app de Grab por un viaje de 1h30 me cobraron 180.000.
