GBVery clean and tidy. Able to park in road opposite. Really appreciated the small welcome pack with tea, coffee, sugar, milk and more. We had a touring break, so didn't visit Colwyn Bay!! However, it's a great location for North Wales coast, Anglesey and Snowdonia. As we were touring, we never needed to have any meals indoors, but the facilities were all there.
Small problem with water heater but Karen was able to diagnose the problem over the phone and will correct the issue when the cleaners come. Expertly handled.
