White City Villa

The property is three floored with the third level still under construction but provided the best views. Our room had a small balcony but the view is obstructed by one large tree, but overall it was a pleasant view/experience. I did spend quite some time on the under construction third floor as it provided the best views, the best air and the coldest weather. Whenever it is done, it will be the place to be. The hotel staff and manager Akela (apologies for spelling error), were incredibly helpful, kind and polite. Their warm welcome and courteous nature is by far the one thing that will bring me back to the same villa. despite the negatives, their courteousness will always be remembered and appreciated They even provided me with a brand new fan (as they didn’t have any at the property and had to go out and purchase one just so that I would be comfortable during my stay). I did not try the breakfast so will not be able to comment on it. also, if you’re planning to stay here, give the property a call before going there, as you may be able to book directly with them for cheaper.

The water pressure in the toilet is non-existent, so it is very difficult to have a shower or even brush my teeth. The location of the property is a bit uphill so rickshaw drivers are hesitant or charge you crazy extra for taking you to and fro the city. The property is also located next to a tourist bus stop and carnival.. so people must be ready to hear some annoying loud music late into the night.

Nothing as we had to stay in a different guest house at the end.

The owner had given our rooms to different people when we went there. Then we had to go for a different location and stay in different room which was an uncomfortable experience.
