Last time was 2024, Kaya seemed to be in good shape; under somehow "officer-class" military type manager. Now its under young-ones and many (too many cook, and inexperienced, spoil the dish, as the say would go). Everything seemed broken, or not working properly; dont ask. Even the "flagship" breakfast suffered. I guess, last stay for me personally, you can try it out.

Alles is perfect. Hele lieve en behulpzame team, ze zorgen dat je helemaal op ie gemak voelt. Kamers zijn schoon en op verzoek kan vaker schoongemaakt worden. Ontbijt is variërend, minder uitgebreid dan ik had verwacht. Maar desalniettemin super service. Afstand tot de boulevard is ook lopend te doen.

Nothing specific, it was a short stay.

I recieved whatsapp messages from the a staff member called Ahmed Salim at 2:30 in the morning telling me there was a problem with payment for the room ( my check in was in the afternoon). I told him this was a highly inappropriate timing and he woke me up from sleep, he started arguing with me that this is what they do .It literally ruined my sleep and I had to travel early next morning. I have never had such treatment from a hotel. By the way, I had an email from booking.com confirming that I paid, and I saw the payment in my credit card account. Calling people in the middle of the night asking for payment ? What is this the mafia ? Second, AC was not working. Didn't bother telling them because of the short stay.
