Appartamento pulitissimo e arredato con gusto. A due passi dalle principali attrazioni. Proprietari disponibili e cordiali. Parcheggi disponibili ma a pagamento nel Porto Antico, molto costoso se si intende lasciare l'auto per qualche giorno.

Appartamento spazioso, pulito e confortevole, dotato di tutto il necessario per un soggiorno completo.

Molto pulito e accogliente, spazi sfruttati benissimo e posizione perfetta per visitare ogni angolo di Genova. Arturo è stato davvero molto gentile, mi ha permesso di lasciare i bagagli nell’appartamento anche prima dell’orario di check in e dopo l’orario di check out

The location in Old Town Genoa was ideal. Close (2 - 5 min.) walk to restaurants, bars, main piazzas, & the waterfront. The unit was well-furnished with two bathrooms with toilets & showers. The main bathroom also had a bidet & big tub. All the small appliances included — coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and dishwasher. Also a washing machine. Flat screen with streaming apps was nice. Café & bar in the piazza across the street.

The unit is a little higher than North Americans would call the 2nd floor. Call it the 3rd floor — up 4 staircases. Not a bad thing — just be prepared. There were some small maintenance issues that should be addressed. Primarily, take 30 min. to shave/plane the main bathroom door at the bottom so it doesn’t stick. Also replace the mai. bathroom receptacle — had to hold the plug in to the receptacle so my wife could use the hairdryer. Also, the toilet seat in the main bathroom needs to be tightened.

Appartement magnifique dans un bâtiment du 15ème siècle, rénové avec goût et bien équipé. 2 chambres et 2 salles de bain très confortables. Très bon accueil et réactivité du gérant

Du bruit le vendredi soir jusqu'à 2h du matin car restaurant en bas!

Lovely clean apartment in a good location.

L'accoglienza è stata incredibilmente buona. Artur è un ottimo padrone di casa. Tutto è nuovo, nuovissimo, moderno e di ottimo gusto.

Non c'è niente che non ci sia piaciuto, è come essere in un hotel a 4 stelle.
