"Very good stay"

The place was clean, wasnt hard to get in, pretty good location, close to metro and some pastry shops. Also, the street was safe and it didnt seem shady at all.

The price is still expensive

"Super mooie verblijf hoor!"

Onze studio was groot en had ruimte genoeg voor 2 mensen. Verder is het hygiënisch , schone en grote zitkamer/ bed. Je kunt zowel naar buiten het gebouw kijken als in de grote tuin! De achtertuin is geweldig, je kunt daar echt lekker zitten of lezen maar ook gewoon relaxen. In één woord fantastisch!

Dostępność kawy/herbaty/przekąsek /jabłek 24/24. Przestrzeń wspólna. Ogród.

EKSTREMALNE cienkie ściany + mnóstwo ciężkich drzwi, oddzielających korytarze. Aby wejść do apartamentu musiałam przejść przez 3 pary drzwi. Każde trzaskają, jeśli nie są zamykane delikatnie. Drzwi są bardzo głośne, podobne jak pobliska ulica (+pawie z zoo ;) Jeśli więc szukasz ciszy - skreśl to miejsce ze swojej listy.

"Tutto sommato una buona esperienza!"

La posizione è, come già descritto, decentrata, ma con la metro (stazione raggiungibile in pochi minuti) si arriva nel centro di Lisbona in un quarto d’ora. Molto carino il giardino interno comune dove rilassarsi a fine giornata. L’appartamento 2 è sufficientemente silenzioso e al piano terra.

Dotazione della cucina molto essenziale (c’è la macchina Nespresso, il tostapane, il bollitore ecc., ma magari un coltello tagliente per cucinare sarebbe stato utile). Locale verosimilmente ristrutturato di recente, ma in certi angoli si scrosta già l’intonaco. Pulizia al nostro arrivo non ottimale (più che sporco c’erano piccoli pezzi tipo polistirolo per terra), e anche gli spazi comuni non erano sempre puliti, ma quello dipende ovviamente anche dagli altri ospiti.
