The appartment is cozy and clean. We had a very enjoyable stay and the host was very kind and helpful and quick to reply. Possible one of the best sunset views i've seen in a while.

The appartment building was kind of hard to locate and the access isn't straightforward. The host was kind enough to send us video instructions as soon as we asked her.

The flat is located in a quiet part of Monastir. Since it is close to the airport, grabbing a taxi is easy enough. The beach (albeit very dirty) is around 7 minute by foot, and small grocery stores can be found within a 15-17 minute walking distance. The hosts were very helpful and responsive and the apartment generally had all the facilities needed. It was also very clean.

The one aspect that complicated our stay were the issues with hot water supply. The cleaners switched off the water heater before we had come. When we realized it, we messaged the host who instructed us on how to turn it back on - fair enough. It appeared, however, that the instructions we got were not correct so we had to shower in cold water on the first day of our stay. The next day the host came and resolved the issue himself, but it still was sort of a bother. Two additional things which are worth mentioning are the following: 1) the WI-Fi is very poor in all rooms except the living room and even there the connection gets shoddy at times. As such we had to rely on our private data/hotspot when doing things such as booking cabs to the airport etc. 2) the apartment really is not well suited for three people, unless it is a family of three. It is perfect for two but three is a stretch. In case there are three guests, an additional bed is put in the masters bedroom which makes it extremely tight and may make it awkward (e.g. we are a couple travelling with a friend so we relocated the mattress to the living room - luckily the hosts were very understanding of it and made no deal out of it.

Property was very clean and spacious, and well-equipped.

Getting into the building was a little complicated at first, but we received help on the phone so it worked out fine.
