Very convenient to the beach and town. The view (3rd floor) and comfort is amazing beds firm and I prefer soft but...👍 Lots of seating, books for those that like to read, a DVD player (but only 1 dvd found?) Dominoes and plenty of TV's for entertainment. Hot tub and pool, 🤩 private underground parking space 😉. Did not disappoint. The bottle of wine was inviting and a nice touch. Be sure to sign the guest book, great place to unwind from the craziness...

Needs very little things but well equipped for multiple rooms/bath. Pots and pans in kitchen mostly Teflon which I'm not a fan of, master shower could use a small shower stool for in shower use. The front door lock was difficult, even had maintenance look at it only to realize myself later it had loose screws.
