I loved the decor and grounds. The service was good and on one important occasion one of the staff went over and beyond to meet our needs..

The prices on the menu were not up to date and the information in it and in the welcome card in the room was different from what we had been told by staff.

The rooms are clean. The staffs are friendly. It was a very pleasant stay.

I wish the food is more readily available. The taste is good, though! :)

I have already given most feedback to the owner. However, I'll just state some for the future and improvement. I didn't really like it there. There were, no variety in the buffet meal The place was way out of town and road bad (so during the rains would be worse) We got questioned at the gate the first time we arrived, we were tired, and this made us more irritable Then some of us could not sleep with lights, with lights coming in from the corridor opening and bathroom window, I had bad nights since the lights kept waking me up. Oh, the Internet dealt with me, I was in a meeting and couldn't present, and the Internet kept going off, I couldn't even download some stuff I needed for the call. It was horrible At this rate, maybe I should just stay clear off small boutique hotels, i have not had that much interesting experience

Everything except the location. It's not ideal for visitors who need to visit Kumasi or Mensah proper.

The quality of the taxi service available to them.
