Large clean apartment in the heart of the city, very convenient, relatively quiet streets and no noise.

The self check in process gathers information that is considered excessive by EU GDPR law (passport photos, selfies, etc). Communication with the host was not ok. After booking I sent 4 messages none of them got answered on booking. I had to switch to unofficial WhatsApp channel and communicate there with a person named Diran. He did not respond to all questions (I specifically asked three times about the mattress issue other visitors have reported). I had to ask multiple times for the check in information, which, provided last minute was a non working link. Fortunately the person handling this responded on time and provided instructions. The mattress as other people have mentioned was very uncomfortable and I am surprised this issue has not been addressed yet. The three terraces were very dirty and covered in soil. The toilet seat was halfway dismantled. The sofa in the living room was left unfolded and the cover had a cigarette burn hole in it. Despite the espresso machine and hot water can there was no coffee or tea left (something other visitors noted as well).  There was no sheet envelope for the blankets left just single sheets. Similarly there were additional pillows besides the two provided but no additional pillow cases for them. Much to be desired for this otherwise beautiful place.

Everything, really nice appartment with high ceilings and authentic floor tiles. Equipped kitchen, 3 balconies and right in the city center.

There was no water at our arrival on Saturday evening, the owner solved it soon.
