Everything was perfect. Perfect apartment especially the view from the balcony. Clean and comfortable.

Is not about what we didn’t like but we have an advice .. to not bother/call every time for the parcking barrier maybe is a good idea to let a card with the key .

- The room offered a gorgeous view over the city; - The host was respectful, amiable and helped us with any details we might have needed; - Easy access to the room via coded key-locker; - The room was nicely furnished and well lit; - Once warmed up, the room maintained its temperature over our whole stay (2 nights); - Even though there were some inconveniences that I described below, I still give the room a high rating since they had a low impact over our experience.

- The tower is located next to a very busy road, and we had issues sleeping in the early morning due to the noise; - The access to the parking lot was quite unhandy, due to the narrow streets that lead to it, the parked cars along the road and also the fact that the barrier only lifts on the host's call, which means you need to contact them every time you go out/come in. But at least they were happy to help with it anytime; - The room's heating system, which we assume was done through the floor, didn't seem to work. It was quite cold when we checked in so we used the thermostat to adjust the temperature and couldn't see any difference even after a couple hours. But we used the A/C to warm up and we did just fine with that, although it implied extra noise in the room; - The pipe leading to the big shower head was defective, as it was leaking enough to not let any water reach its destination. The small shower head was ok though; - The room was generally clean, the only thing that was missed was some remains in the kitchen sink; - As a suggestion, it would be nice if the room had a microwave and especially some slippers, since at the time of our stay, the tower's hallways were full of lime dust due to the unfinished state of some apartments, dust that we unavoidably brought into the room.

A very elegant property with all relevant amenities. Beautifully furnished and a “home” like feeling. Well located with the Bus station just a 100 meters and the tram station a short walk. There is a Carrefour and a Mega Image with the Mega being 24 hours. The host is very prompt and attentive to detail and very friendly. We felt welcome in the apartment. The view from the 11th floor is exceptionally stunning.

Nothing particularly that we didn’t like. The apartment is located in probably one of the tallest buildings of Cluj. It is not a fully occupied building however when inside the apartment it is cozy and comfy.
