City Center Casa Grimana

Location between the uni and city centre

The only issue we had was with the 60 stairs to the property as there was no clear mention of these on the booking site. We are in our mid to late 70s and one of us has knee problems - so the stairs were a difficulty but fortunately we coped by limiting the number of times we left the property each day. I believe that the presence of stairs should be mentioned clearly on the booking site.

Nice modern appartment close to the center

The Bed was too small for two tall Dutchies. Street was so noisy we had to keep the windows closed and that made it too warm during the night

I liked all, just thinking when the stay is longer to have more towels.

Its a great location. Close to restairants and parking facility.

Nowhere was it mentioned that this is a 5th floor walkup. Would have never booked it had I known it. My wife has back issues and is not goog with so many stairs. I don't expect elevators in all buildings, but there needs to be a mention with you have to go up 5 floors every time. Also, someone decided to fix the shower door the wrong way. One cannot reach the faucet without getting drenched in freezing cold water.

Great location, spacious apartment in an old tenement house, bars and restaurants within a few steps. The apartment has been recently renovated, new furniture, clean. * Advice for people who arrive by car - instead of parking in a paid parking lot (you will pay at least 20 euros per night) - you can park along Viale Sant' Antonio, if there are spaces, or in the large free parking lot Pian di Massiano, from where you can take the mini-metro to the city center in 15 minutes for 1.5 euros.

No kettle, as the previous ones have already written (I know that Italians don't drink tea often, but others do, especially in winter :) and no cutting board. The kitchen and living room are not very cozy. Quite chilly (but there is an air heater).

Proximity to old town, easy to get to from the station, well equipped except for lack of a kettle and a drying rack for clothes.

Beautiful apartment in a charming part of Perugia. Everything is within reach. The apartment is small but very practically furnished, with a well-equipped kitchen, a kitchen table, where you can also work, and a small couch. Everything is new and clean. The host was very friendly and helpful, and promptly provided a couple of things we needed in the apartment.

As anywhere in Perugia, the summer weekend nights can be noisy because of the open-air bars on the street.
