BIG WAVES BOUTIQUE HOTEL SIARGAO

The staff here go above and beyond for you, they helped us with hospital visits, renting bikes, tours and transport so easily. They create a very friendly and home like environment. The rooms are perfect for price, very clean and a perfect location to enter the street where most restaurants/shops are, we think it’s a great value for the price. Stayed at a more expensive hotel after our stay here and would pick big waves out of the two to stay at again!! Would highly recommend

We had a minor issue with the shower being cold with no pressure compared to our friends shower in another room, but we informed staff and it was fixed straight away so thankyou !

Just the toilet being too close to the shower. It would get wet every time on the seat or the floor underneath

Thank you to Ms. KC Malanog (Hotel Manager) for her warmth, kindness, and hospitality all throughout my stay. The hotel is an epitome of exemplary service! I recommend this hotel to everyone who's visiting Siargao. It's located in the heart of General Luna where everything is accessible, the beach, the bank, the bars and restaurants etc. I can't wait to return to Big Waves soon!

Very cute place with a pool that was great for a cool down after a day out. The hotel is in walking distance to the places we like to eat and shop at. Staff were super helpful and kind.

Hotel acoustics are not great and the bathroom door is secured with a latch, thus not much sound privacy. It was unfortunate our room was beside the pool and the other guests at the hotel were ones who partied till the early morning, return to hotel and then go for a swim.
