The location was great, breakfast needed more options

Not having a coffee pot in my room ( based on the price you are paying ) .

Really cute hotel, fantastic location, really good complimentary breakfast.

The first floor rooms are not the best, you can hear everything in the hall and they don’t have windows. Get a room above the first floor if you can, it will be worth it.

Great location, trendy boutique hotel with a great rooftop bar. Breakfast was delicious and hotel staff were relatively friendly.

The parking is a bit of a pain. They are paragraphs of instructions around parking, which make it easy to miss key points. A few clear bullets would have been more helpful. It would’ve been super helpful to have a few simple bullets about parking included in the confirmation and reminder text that we receive..

The comfort, size and cleanliness of the room. The staff was also very welcoming and helpful. The rooftop bar was fun. The location of the hotel was central to everything in downtown Boone.

A room on the lower level is windowless.
