USLocation was awesome! The house is really pretty! I liked being right by the water and that it offered a fire pit!
The owner wasn’t unfriendly but I definitely didn’t feel very welcomed! The room was absolutely tiny. The bed was old and sunk into the middle. They say the room has a fridge and microwave in your room but that’s just not true. Other then all that I would have spent the little extra for a bigger room and it would have been better.
USUSUSThe view of the Mississippi River was gorgeous. The house is tucked away and SO CUTE. Very cottage core. We enjoyed our ultra comfy bed as well.
The shared bathroom situation was a little goofy. You had to lock your neighbors' door so they wouldn't come into the bathroom. I guess it's called a "jack-jill" situation so it's just a good heads up to know especially if you travel with kids.
