Booked for 2 person room and had Paid extra rm30 for one more person but no extra pillow, no extra towel, no extra blanket given. Whats the rm30 for? Iron shared with everyone else which is steam iron so other tenants take the steam iron into their room. Aircond 16 degrees but not cold at all and fan also doesn’t have remote but no adjuster at the wall. Water dispenser doesn’t works well. Not hot and not cold.
