Lotus Grand Mumbai Near International Airport

Location near the airport. Room with zero outside sound. Had a good shower before I left to the airport for my 5 am flight. U can catch a auto or cab anytime at night that was best part. Veg restaurant is 300 meters away.

Bad behaviour of owner

Reception is handled by owner. He has no smile on his face. Rude. Always asks money whenever you go and come in and out

The location is bang on a main road... staff were friendly... AC wasn't working but then staff were sent promptly to resolve it.. the room was very sound and light proof, so u can sleep as long as u want in the day!

the overall feel and the ambience - the sheets and pillows weren't that clean,,, the staff try to do their best , but inherently its the hotel standard itself ..the wifi isnt good..

I have added the filter with family hotel no smoking breakfast included. But I didn’t got anything from this hotel. Pathetic. No lift, smoking everywhere, not a family hotel. We booked with double and single bed we got double bed which is small and tiny room. Not value for money.

The hotel is good, the room is comfortable. It is convenient to go to airport. Bar Natural, 5 minutes walking towards Sakinaka has lovely food, nonveg. And very cheap.

In the omelette for breakfast was crazy much salt.
