Nice staff and great stay

VERY BAD LOCATION. BUT NOT FAR FROM METRO AND AIRPORT. FILTHY, SMELLY , AND VERY NOISEY!

De tudo, desde a chegada ao hotel, dois rapazes a dormirem no sofás, supostamente para clientes. péssimo atendimento, quarto super pequeno, falta de higiene, camas sujas, fronhas sujas.. Resumindo, as imagens no booking, enganaram-me completamente. Até merecia o reembolso. Obrigada.

Not a thing.

The hotel was shabby, unclean with a rat moving around my room. The ambience at night was very negative and the night staff was not friendly. The breakfast was ordinary.

- The location is quite close to the business districts in the eastern suburb of the western railway line of Mumbai - It has proximity to the metro station offering convenient commute to beat the traffic of Mumbai - It is around 3km from the airport - Bed was comfortable - AC was silent and functioning well - Although the booking did not offer Wi-Fi, the hotel did have it and the staff made it available - Although the staff were not trained on social skills, they were hard working and eager to assist with the bags and other requests

- The toilet pot was dirty and had to be cleaned and we found the bed linen a bit spoilt and we requested it be changed and it was promptly changed. - The rooms are one level up with no lifts but the stairs are not oppressively steep, you would be happy especially if you are a fitness enthusiast.
