Good location.

We could not reach host when we arrived at appointed time. He arrived 4 1/2 hours late. If a helpful neighbor had not assisted us to reach Claudio on his private number, we would not have been able to get into the property for which we had already paid in full several months ago.

"Nice location but not properly set up for short term stays"

Nice central location in the city center close to the beach, spacious flat

The property is not properly set up for a short term stay of two days. There was no trash bag, no sponges for dishes, no soap, no hairdryer. Linen and towels are not included and are charged an extra fee of 60 EUR for 3 people (reduced to 45 EUR after negotiation). Overall the daily rate is way too high for an old house with very old furniture and not all you need for a short stay.
