location (close to thermal bath), equipment, cleanliness, safe and quiet area

uncorfortable bed (too soft matrace, common for both persons - if one person moves, other is awaken multiple times per night), missing microwave oven

Everything is near, everywhere you can go by walk. Quite neighborhood. Apartment is beautiful.

Unpractical kitchen, no pan there, no oven, only pots and one hot plate. That was ridiculous for me, kitchen without pan.
