The best price/performance place I have been in Italy.

The host was exceptionally welcoming, the room was spacious, very clean, and equipped with comfortable beds. The location is close to both the airport and Venice, the breakfast was good, with homemade cake.

Everything from the warm welcome to the impeccable service and confortable accomodation made my visit truly envoyable.

A friendly and helpful owner. Delicious and fresh breakfasts.Good location to go to Venice. 5 min walk to the train station (30 min train ride to Venice). Bus stop below the hotel. Property new. Rooms and interior of the hotel very clean. The owner has taken care of every detail. Highly recommended! Thank you for a pleasant stay!

Everything was perfect - first, our wonderful host Ermanno. We were really late on the day of arrival due to troubles with our car, but when we finally arrived, he was warm and welcoming. The next day he found us a great mechanic nearby and explained everything we needed to know to have a beautiful day in Venice. The accomodation is flawless - perfectly clean, new, with spacious balcony, mini bar, comfortable beds. Breakfast was really nice. San Trovaso is a small town but it has a lovely osteria with wonderful local food and it is really calm and relaxing...but also, it is close enough to Venice - only half an hour train ride to S.Lucia station. Thank you Ermanno once again for everything - you made our vacation wonderful! We will come back again for sure!

Literally everything. The building is beautiful, fresh, well-designed and compact. We spent a perfect weekend in a great place, with great breakfast. We felt at home with the host taking care of us at each stage. For sure, we will come back! :)

As a family of 3 we had a lovely stay at Arca Guest House! Ermanno is wonderful, so friendly and welcoming, room spacious and clean. Very good location, less than 10 minutes drive from Treviso airport and train station is only few minutes walk from the hotel. Would highly recommend! Hope to be back one day!

Arca Guest House is a perfect place for a weekend getaway. It is located near the train station so it was easy for us to visit Venice. Our room was big, clean and well equipped and we also had free parking place. They serve delicious breakfast and coffee in the morning. Communication with the owner was great, he provided all necessary information and gave us useful recommendation.
