Absolutely stunning location

Dear Marco and Daniel, and the entire Conrad Koh Samui team, On behalf of our family, I want to express our gratitude for a wonderful time at your exceptional hotel. A message to everyone reading reviews before booking: Yes. This is the kind of hotel everyone dreams of staying at, and we highly recommend it. There are perhaps a couple dozen hotels in the world that will leave a lasting impression on anyone – even those who might think there's nothing special about them. And this hotel is one of them. Breathtaking views in any weather and at any time of day! There's a saying in Russian: "Nature has no bad weather." So here, it's wonderful in hot, sunny weather, rain, and thunderstorms. This is clearly due to the location and how seamlessly the hotel fits into the natural surroundings. This connection with nature allows you to recharge after living in big cities. There's no noise here; here, only sounds – the sound of the wind, the sound of water, the singing of birds. Despite the hotel's immersion in nature, you won't feel short of anything here. If you're craving delicious food on par with Michelin-starred restaurants, there are three to choose from: the Mediterranean restaurant Azure, the steakhouse Jahn, and another serving authentic Thai cuisine. Breakfasts cater to every taste. The wines and sparkling wines, in my and wife's (non-professional) opinion, are excellent. Before you even realize you're thirsty, a bucket of ice and water bottles will be right next to you. If it starts raining, you'll be offered an umbrella. Sun loungers are always cleared and ready for use, and there's always a cabana available. I got the impression that the hotel's staff number is more than the number of guests. And every employee, right down to the general manager, will strive to provide you with everything you need. The level of dedication to guest satisfaction is incredible. I forgot my hat at breakfast.
