Luxury 1 Bedroom Apartment at The Pearls Umhlanga Walk to Beach and Oceans Mal

Location was good

Room was smelling damp always as the AC was not working, we were promised the Ac will get sorted but we spent 7 nights and the AC was still not sorted .The owner of D2-4 Melissa had a very rotten attitude when i complained and she even went to the extent of saying 'did you book the unit just for that? You should have booked another unit'.

The flat was well-furnished and clean. they maintained the flat every day with fresh towels. staff was friendly. location of the flat is very good in walking distance of most restaurants and shops

the air conditioning system did not work. the flat was warm. we communicate with the host. they tried to organize the airconditioning company to fix the system but with no success. the stay was uncomfortable at night as the flat was hot

The location is the best in KZN. Security is great. Accommodation well equipped.

Pots could be cleaner

Noise levels from outside permeates into the apartment even with doors closed. Water drainage needs maintenance in the shower and water basins Despite this, I would definitely stay again.
